Application
On CNC machining centres and with the use of robots, preferably in wet sanding with cooling lubricant. Machining of flat components: precise deburring, edge rounding, fine machining after milling, surface finishing of e.g. sealing and contact surfaces.
Execution
- with longitudinal slot for clamping on face mill arbours (DIN 6357) and combination mill arbours (DIN 6358) - no additional accessories required
- Disc brushes with dense sanding bristle trim (full trim) firmly moulded into the plastic disc
- Ideally suited for the machining of aluminium
