Application
For clamping straight tool shanks with lateral clamping surface in accordance with DIN 1835 shape B (Weldon)
Execution
- With cooling ducts for optimum cooling of the tool cutting edge
- An O-ring must be used for tools with an internal coolant supply
- Diameter 6-18 mm with two cooling ducts, 20-40 mm with four cooling ducts
- Alloyed case-hardening steel with core tensile strength of at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened HRC 58 ± 2, hardness depth 0.6 mm ± +0.2 mm
- Taper angle tolerance quality AT3 according to DIN 2080
- Taper Ra 0.2 surface quality
- Hole for data carrier DIN 69873 in the flange
- Black oxide surface
