Application
The grid plates offer a quick and affordable starting point for optimising tooling times on production machines. The plates are fixed and aligned on the machine table once. All further attachments are unproblematic to add subsequently and may be positioned and aligned in the same way.
Execution
- Suitable for all systems: 120 series, 80 series, 50 series, Zentro, Mammut and Mini rails. Or even for non-system clamping equipment.
- 2x positioning bushings are required per rail.
Advantage
- Replace clamping devices on the machine quickly and easily.
- Cheaper to buy than a zero-point clamping system.
