Application

AS 200 is a fully synthetic, boric acid-free and water-soluble coolant for grinding. Excellent suitability for all grinding operations in steel, cast iron, aluminium, brass or glass and ceramic.

• Fulfils the requirements of TRGS 611
• Fully synthetic
• Free from boric acid
• Free from secondary amines
• Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
• pH value at 5% concentration: 8.5
• Refractometer value: 1.5
• Concentration for steel, glass: 3-4%
• Concentration for cast iron: 3–5%
• Concentration for grinding: 4–5%
