Tetraboric dressing tool 75 x 12 x 6 mm

Application

For dressing blunted grinding wheels up to a diameter of 300 mm, e.g. from grain size 46 or finer, up to degree of hardness M.

Execution

• Made of pure boron carbide
• Use dressing tools several times to ensure uniform wearing
• Constant altering of the contact angle creates new edges, prevents localised heating and thus damaging dislodging

Advantage

• Abrasive grain is not dislodged
• Clean and uniform grinding surfaces
• Simple profiles can be attached

Notes

Only dress with the edges, not with the entire surface. In order to prevent the edges of the dressing tool from splintering, it needs to be operated in a flexible manner and must not be laid on its coated surface.
