Execution

• We use the PROFI-ERGOLINE systems to create workstation systems that facilitate ergonomic handling of loads of up to 1000 kg. The crane and track rails are made of aluminium profiles and the smooth-running chassis move in these. We use the ingenious patented VETTER reinforcement profile to reinforce the aluminium profiles without sacrificing the outstanding smooth-running properties. The PROFI-ERGOLINE systems can be easily adapted to the conditions on site. Height-adjustable supports enable effortless adjustment during assembly. Span widths of up to 8 metres reduce the number of supports.

  Aluminium rails offer outstanding smooth-running characteristics but are significantly softer than comparable steel rails. We use the ingenious patented VETTER reinforcement profile to combine the advantages of aluminium with the rigidity of steel.
